Prada Fall Handbag Collection

I am really liking Prada's fall handbag collection.  It's a bit out of my current price-range but I think it's okay to dream.  Some of my favorites from the collection are pictured below.  I choose these three because they are classic and unique all at the same time.

Bag Borrow or Steal

Have any of you ever used Bag Borrow or Steal? 

For those of you who are unfamiliar with it...It is website/club that allows its members to rent designer bags and other accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, etc) by the week or month.  There is a membership fee and then the fee for the bag.  Your average designer bag runs at $15 a week with vintage at $150. 
I cannot decide if it's a good deal or not.  On one hand if you want to try out a Prada bag maybe it's a good deal, because you probably don't have the funds to drop a few thousand on a purse (or else you already would have.)  On the other hand, for $50 a month...wouldn't you rather just pay the $200 for the Coach bag and actually own it?

I am leaning towards no...but I would love to hear others thoughts, especially if you have experience with site.

Rattan Clutch

I really like Torey Burch's Rattan Clutch.  It is a great clutch for a warm summer evening and the metallic detailing (available in gold or silver) is the perfect touch to dress it up a bit.

However, $275 is not always affordable, even for a classic piece. So after a bit of searching I think I found a cute alternative.  It doesn't have the same detailing, but it has the same spirit.  For $45 at Amazon it is worth it if you want to buy on a budget!

Gryson is coming to Target

Joy Gryson who used to design bags for Marc Jacobs (and has a loyal celebrity following) is teaming up with Target this spring.  Her collection of woven bags will be available April through the end of June and come in black, white, forest green, and slate blue.  There are multiple styles and I think they look really cute.  Ranging in price from $19.99 and $49.99 they are steal.  I would get to Target in April if you want to snag one!

Michael Kors Beverly Gator Watch Clutch

                         

Okay...I know Michael Kors is a reputable designer.  I know that Alligator is a very expensive material.  I know that the bright color and "watch" design on the front is creative and attention grabbing.  But I don't think it is $4000 wonderful.  Do you?!

Tory Burch Resin Clutch

I love this Tory Burch Resin Clutch. 

I think the tortoise shell makes the bag look smart and classy.  I especially love the ribbing on the front top and bottom.  Such beautiful details!  The bag is retailing at Bergdorf Goodman for $295, but if I were you I would try to find it at Tory Burch's Chicago Boutique (66 E. Walton St.) so that you can browse the rest of her bag collection (and shoes, and dresses, etc).

Tory Burch has a great style that is the perfect blend of classic and contemporary.
